I am Mike Bayus, Realtor since 2004.
I enjoy working with clients to help them fulfill their needs and dreams. I have always believed that the little things in life, add up to be the most important ones. It is very important to inform and teach my clients all that I can during and after a real estate transaction. A well informed client , is a happy client.
On a personal side, I have lived my entire life in Hubbard, Ohio. I have been married to my wife Cindy for 35 years, and have one daughter Kristina. I am currently the moderator for the board of deacons for Hubbard, First Presbyterian Church. One of my favorite things that has evolved from this happened in 2013. One Sunday after the Boston
Marathon bombing, my daughter said we have to help these people. From there, I created The Community Youth and Outreach 5 K run and walk. In a short amount of time we raised about $1,700 to send to them. It now is an annual event, held every April that gives out scholarships, provides free winter clothing, holds a youth group party, a picnic for our local assisted living facility and helps those in need in our community. I was brought up with strong family values, and continue to practice them in my everyday life.
I have worked for the U.S. Post Office for 36 years. As I retire from there, I am looking forward to having more free time as I start my new venture with More Option Realty. Honesty, integrity and pride are very important to how I practice as a Realtor. Live by the Golden Rule, and good things will be the result.
